Overview of Professional Tax Registration in Bangalore

Each professional, the Directors of the Company, the Designated Partners of the LLP, or any other employer (which may be a Company or an LLP) is required to register as described above and ensure that professional tax is deducted from employee salaries.

The deducted professional tax from employees must be deposited in the appropriate state government office, and a professional tax return must be filed specifying professional tax payment.
